🔨 Good siding starts before the first piece of siding goes up.

On this new construction condo, Obed is installing a light block—but there’s a specific order to getting the exterior right.

First comes the trim. Then we install the blocking around lights, outlets, hose bibs and other exterior penetrations. Once those details are properly fitted and ready, the siding can begin. 🏠

It may not be the part of the project that gets the most attention, but careful prep work makes a big difference in how cleanly the finished exterior comes together.

Around here, the details aren't an afterthought—they're part of the job. 👏
