🧐Remember the transformation we shared yesterday? This was the primary bathroom remodel from the same whole-home renovation project, and the difference is truly night and day.

This home wasn’t just updated room by room. The entire home was remodeled and redesigned for a multigenerational family, including a home addition and completely reworked living spaces throughout.

✨The original bathroom felt dark, closed-in, and dated. The finished space is now bright, modern, functional, and designed to feel open and relaxing for everyday use.

Some of the updated features included:
• custom vanity cabinetry
• a fully tiled walk-in shower
• modern fixtures and lighting
• improved layout and functionality
• clean, timeless finishes throughout

Projects like this are our favorite because they completely transform how a family lives and functions while using it every day.

From closed-off condo kitchen to award-winning custom remodel ✨

This Waukesha condo transformation completely changed the feel and functionality of the home.

One of the biggest changes in this remodel was removing the dividing wall to fully open up the kitchen and living space - creating a brighter, more connected layout designed for modern living.

What many people don’t see behind projects like this are the challenges involved.

😲During demolition, we discovered the condo development’s sprinkler system was routed through the wall being removed. In order to complete the transformation properly, the sprinkler system needed to be reworked, requiring coordination that temporarily impacted the entire condo building.

The final result was worth it.

This remodel went on to receive a Gold Award from Milwaukee NARI and completely transformed the space from builder-grade to fully custom.

Features include:
• custom cabinetry
• professional-grade appliances
• modern cable railing staircase
• updated flooring throughout
• dramatic open-concept layout
• custom lighting and finishes

Projects like this are a reminder that great remodeling is about more than finishes — it’s about vision, planning, and ex*****on.

Things homeowners often underestimate before starting a remodel:

• Lighting layout
• Storage functionality
• Flooring transitions
• Outlet placement
• Traffic flow through the home
• Cabinet sizing
• Material coordination

A successful remodel is about much more than just picking finishes.

Planning and layout make a huge difference in how the home functions long-term, especially in kitchens and bathrooms.

That’s why we focus on both design and construction throughout the remodeling process.
