We maintain 400+ commercial properties that we've held contracts with for several years. We need to maintain a zero-tolerance for snow and ice maintenance for these properties, so we depend on our outstanding crews. In return, we pay top wages for our employees and recognize those that stand out with advancements and opportunities to develop into full time year round positions.

Below is the updated list of job openings we have available for snow this season.

Operators (non-CDL) in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth and Dodge Counties $27-$35/hr

CDL driver in Waukesha and Kenosha Counties starting at $30/hr

Sidewalk crews in Waukesha, Walworth, Milwaukee and Racine/Kenosha Counties $20-$27/hr

Today, our hard-working crew stepped away from their desks and job sites to put their time, talents, and teamwork to work for something bigger — volunteering with Habitat for Humanity!

We’re incredibly proud of our team for rolling up their sleeves and helping build a stronger community, one project at a time. It’s days like today that remind us that what we do isn’t just about the work we complete — it’s about the people and communities we have the privilege to be a part of.

A huge THANK YOU to our crew Kelly, Olivia, Nelfry, Wyatt, Robert, Louis and Nohemi for giving their time and energy, and to Habitat for Humanity for allowing us to be part of such an important mission.
