👋 Employee Spotlight: Meet Crystal!
Crystal is our Customer Support & Operations Coordinator!
Crystal is one of the newest faces at DE Custom Floors, and she's already wearing a whole lot of hats! From scheduling estimates and helping customers to managing social media and finding ways to make things run smoother, no two days look the same... and that's exactly how she likes it!
Her favorite part of working at DE? Getting to be creative, solve problems, and make a difference while being part of a team that genuinely cares about its customers.
Now for the fun stuff… 😏
☕ Workday fuel: Pretty sure it's coffee running through her veins.
📸 Hidden talent: She's photographed bands like AWOLNATION, Cold War Kids, and Neon Trees. She even got to shoot cover art for a single on Spotify!
🍞 Current obsession: Sourdough bread. Lots of sourdough bread.
📺 Favorite show: FRIENDS! And if you're a true fan, you might notice something familiar in her photo. 👀
🧟 Zombie apocalypse survival pick: Herself, because apparently everyone else is choosing Colin. 😂
💰 Wins $10 million? She's still coming to work! (We might need to remind her of that.)
🧦 Controversial opinion: Socks and sandals are gross. Period.
Crystal believes great customer service is what sets a business apart, and she's excited to be part of a team that puts that belief into practice every day!
Now we have to ask… are socks and sandals a fashion crime or perfectly acceptable? 👇😂
