From framing to finish — this is what « we don’t just finish homes, we perfect them » looks like. 🛠️🏡

Swipe through this kitchen transformation and take a look at the details that make it stand out:

✔️ Custom-built range hood, hand-finished to match the cabinetry
✔️ Two-tone cabinetry — crisp white uppers, warm stained lowers
✔️ Statement island with custom shiplap panel detailing
✔️ Exposed wood beam ceiling for that warm, high-end farmhouse feel
✔️ Clean lines, tight seams, zero gaps — the way it should be

This is the kind of work we live for at JR Carpentry — where precision meets personality, and every cabinet, beam, and finish is built to last a lifetime (not just look good on move-in day).

We’re a family-run business — Kevin Ortiz and his father — bringing a hands-on, detail-first approach to every kitchen, staircase, deck, and built-in we touch. Fully licensed, fully insured, and fully committed to getting it right the first time.

🎉 JR CARPENTRY — 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY! 🎉

One year ago, I took a chance and started this company. Looking back at everything we’ve accomplished in just one year makes me incredibly grateful.

First and foremost, thank God for giving me the strength, opportunities, and ability to keep moving forward. 🙏

To every homeowner who has trusted us with their home, every contractor and builder who has given us an opportunity, and every family member, friend, and person who has recommended or supported us — THANK YOU. None of this growth happens without you.

There have been long days, early mornings, late nights, mistakes, lessons, sacrifices, and a lot of hard work behind the scenes. Seeing how far we’ve come makes every bit of it worth it — and we’re just getting started. 🛠️🏠

To celebrate ONE YEAR, I wanted to give something back to the community that has supported us!

🎁 ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY — 4 WINNERS!

🔥 Outdoor Propane Patio Heater

We take pride in doing things the right way, from the structural framing you don’t see to the finished details you do.

Started this beautiful 8,500 sq ft home in Mason City mid-March and now, after a little over 2 months, framing is almost complete. Big projects take time, hard work, and dedication, but seeing it come together makes it worth it. This house is looking absolutely gorgeous and we’re proud to be part of it 🔨🏠
