Quick Concrete Solutions is hiring a highly motivated Operations Manager / Field Superintendent to help lead and grow our construction operations throughout Central Iowa.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day field operations while helping manage crews, schedules, quality control, equipment, customer communication, and project ex*****on from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously
• Scheduling crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Overseeing field production, safety, and quality control
• Communicating with customers, suppliers, and project managers
• Reading plans/specs and solving field issues in real time
• Estimating small-to-medium concrete projects
• Tracking job costs, production, and project timelines
• Leading crews and holding teams accountable
• Helping streamline operations and improve efficiency company-wide
Ideal candidate:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Concrete construction experience required
• Experience managing crews and projects
• Ability to estimate and bid work preferred
• Self-motivated and organized
• Wants to grow with a fast-moving company
