Quick Concrete Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven leader to become the owner's right hand and take ownership of day-to-day operations as we continue to aggressively grow throughout Iowa and expand our presence in both the private and government contracting sectors.
We're looking for someone who thrives on responsibility, leadership, performance, and making serious money.

Responsibilities:
✅ Estimate residential, light commercial, and government construction projects
✅ Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
✅ Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, proposals, and bid packages
✅ Manage and lead all day-to-day field operations
✅ Coordinate crews, schedules, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
✅ Maintain quality control and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
✅ Communicate with customers, project owners, inspectors, and team members
✅ Identify and pursue opportunities within municipal, state, and federal markets
✅ Improve company systems, processes, and overall operational efficiency
✅ Lead without constant oversight and make sound decisions independently
What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in construction management and estimating
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✔ Experience in concrete construction preferred
✔ Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Highly accountable, motivated, and results-driven
✔ Someone who wants to grow with the company long-term
