Our crew put in a drain tile system along the basement walls. We cut the floor, dug the trench, laid the pipe in gravel, and installed the drain board to direct water away from the foundation.

You can see the water stains on the block wall where moisture was coming through. That is exactly why this system is needed. It grabs that water and moves it out before it ever hits your floor.

This basement was finished with drywall and everything, but water was still finding its way in. Our crew cut out the bottom of the drywall, broke out the concrete along the walls, and dug the trench for a full drain tile system.

You can see how much work goes into doing this the right way. We work around the electrical panels, insulation, and everything else to make sure the system gets installed properly. Once the pipe is in and the floor is poured back, the water has a path to follow straight out of the house.

Got a sinking or uneven concrete slab? Our crew can lift it back up without tearing it out and pouring new concrete. We drill small holes, pump material underneath, and raise the slab back to where it should be. Then we patch the holes and you are good to go.

You can see the cracks and the level showing how far off this slab was before we got to it. Once we pumped it up, it was sitting flat again.

This works on garage floors, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and more. It is faster and cheaper than replacing the whole slab. If your concrete is sinking or cracking, give us a call.

Big job in Woodstock. This basement had water coming in bad. You can see it sitting in the trench as soon as we cut the floor open. That tells you just how much water was building up under there with nowhere to go.

Our crew broke out the concrete along the walls, dug the trench, and got the drain tile system in place. We also worked around the water heater and plumbing to make sure everything was done right. Once the pipe is in and the concrete is poured back, all that water goes straight to the sump pump and out of the house.

Our crew installed a drain tile system and full encapsulation for a homeowner in Lake Zurich. We laid the drain tile pipe along the foundation walls with gravel, set up a sump pump, and then sealed the entire crawl space with a v***r barrier on the floor and walls.

The drain tile catches any water that comes in and sends it to the sump pump. The encapsulation keeps moisture, mold, and musty smells out for good. This crawl space went from wet and dirty to completely sealed and dry.

Another drain tile system done in Woodstock. Our crew cut out along the basement walls, laid the drain tile pipe in gravel, installed the drain board, and connected everything to the sump pump. Then we cemented it all back up nice and clean.

You can see the before and after in the photos. The pipe sits in the trench and catches water before it has a chance to come up through the floor. Once the drain board and cement are in place, the water has nowhere to go but out.

Our crew sealed up multiple foundation wall cracks for a homeowner in Mundelein. You can see the cracks running top to bottom on the concrete walls. Water was finding its way through and causing damage to the framing around it.

We injected and sealed every crack so no more water gets in. If you look at the stains on the concrete and the wood, you can tell this had been leaking for a while. The sooner you fix it, the less damage it does.
