This basement had cracks in the foundation wall right below the window area. Water was getting in through those cracks and causing damage. Our crew opened up the wall, sealed every crack with hydraulic cement, and made sure nothing is getting through anymore.

This homeowner had a crack in their foundation wall that was letting water in from the outside. Our crew dug down to expose the crack, sealed it up, and applied waterproof coating and membrane to keep water from getting through.

This is how you fix it the right way. You go to the source of the problem on the outside instead of just covering it up from the inside. Once it is sealed and covered back up, that crack is not letting any more water in.

This foundation wall had cracks running through it. Our crew sealed the cracks and installed carbon fiber straps to keep the wall from moving any further. These straps are thin but super strong. They bond right to the concrete and stop the cracks from spreading.
You can also see the gravel and v***r barrier we put down to help control moisture.

Our crew installing steel I-beams on a basement wall that was starting to move. The soil outside pushes against the wall over time and it starts to bow inward. These steel beams lock the wall in place so it can't move anymore.

Each beam is bolted to the floor and secured to the ceiling joists up top. Once they are in, that wall is not going anywhere.

Another basement saved from water damage. This homeowner had water coming in along the walls so our crew got to work. We installed a full drain tile system with a v***r barrier on the walls to keep the moisture out.

You can see the drain board running along the base of the walls. It collects any water that tries to come in and sends it straight to the sump pump. The white v***r barrier on the walls seals everything off so no moisture gets through.
