Throughout her internship, she was able to work alongside different members of the Luizzi Companies team and gain hands-on experience in the field 🤝

As her time here with us wrapped up this week, we sent her off with well wishes and we hope she enjoys another great semester at college this fall! 📚

Big things are happening at 146 Marketplace 🏗️

Our latest construction update marks another major milestone as structural steel is going up, the elevator shafts are taking shape, and the Luizzi flag is officially flying over the site 🏁

Once complete, 146 Marketplace will bring modern apartment living together with shopping, dining, entertainment, and resort-style amenities designed to create a true live, work, and play destination in Halfmoon. Planned amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, pickleball courts, golf simulator, pools, and more 👏

The excitement continues to build, now with more than 300 people already on the residential waiting list before the first apartments are even complete. Stay tuned as construction continues and we’ll keep bringing you behind the scenes every step of the way 📲

We are developing a vacant industrial property in Watervliet into one of the Capital Region’s premier business parks 🏗️

The Lincoln Avenue Industrial Park is a massive transformation turning a long-neglected site into a modern Class A industrial campus. More than 250,000 square feet of warehouse space has already been completed for tenants including Cargill, Sunbelt Rentals, and New York State, with the full development expected to approach 1 million square feet while bringing new jobs and investment to the Capital Region.

This project could transform downtown Troy forever 👀

Christian Luizzi shared the vision for redeveloping the long-vacant One Monument Square into a vibrant mixed-use destination with apartments, offices, retail, and more, in partnership with Velan Studios 🎮

Since then, the project has reached its biggest milestone yet: Troy City Council unanimously voted 7-0 to approve the property transfer and begin negotiations. It’s the most meaningful progress this site has seen in years toward becoming something new 🏙️

Or, as Christian put it: “By the end of the this year, we’ll have a shovel in the ground.” Stay tuned 🪏
