We have experience working with insurance companies and can help you navigate the insurance claim process to get what you should receive to bring your home back to pre-catastrophe condition. After a leaky pipe created a mold issue in this home we were called to replace this shower with integrated free standing tub along with completing some work in the utility room and hallway. After inspection we found there was a lack of proper waterproofing, no pre-slope, improper tile prep, and a lack of proper subfloor or wall framing by the previous contractor.

We have since replaced ductwork with hole free duct, replaced the subfloor stringers with solid pressure treated stringers, replaced the subfloor with the proper screws, and leveled off the walls with LSL studs.

Completing our shower prep is this Wedi shower system. Stay tuned as this project heads towards completion.
