Tyler | Logistics Manager
🎉 Tyler has been part of the ERC team for over a year and a half! He started his journey with us in Purchasing and has since grown into his current role as Logistics Manager. We’re grateful for his passion, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to help wherever he’s needed!
💼 Favorite part of the job: Interacting with employees across the company every day and helping them succeed on their jobsites. From laborers all the way up to owners, Tyler enjoys working with everyone and finding ways to help!
🏗️ Favorite part of the construction process: Seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to an integral part of everyday life. It’s pretty cool to build the things that help our communities function!
🏆 Biggest accomplishment: Becoming the Logistics Manager!
🏈 Outside of work: Spending time with his wife, Haley, and their three kids, Madison, Easton, and Marley, while cheering them on at their many sporting events. With football, wrestling, cheer, basketball, and softball, they’re rarely sitting still! 😂
👏 Known for: Always being willing to help, finding solutions, and bringing passion to everything he does.
