Another cottage improvement project completed! Work included installing brand-new cedar siding on three sides of the cottage, including the lake side, bringing a fresh new look to the exterior.

While working on the lake side, two of the existing windows were replaced to improve the appearance and give the cottage an updated finish. On the land side, we removed the old porch columns and installed new, updated columns to complete the transformation.

Another project focused on improving the look, value, and overall appeal of a cottage built to be enjoyed for years to come.

Another project completed for a returning client.

This front porch was ready for an upgrade. Starting with the removal of the old decking and replaced it with new deck boards and updating with new railings, to give the entire porch a stronger, cleaner, and more refined look.

The goal was to improve the appearance while keeping the character and solid feel of the home. With the new decking, upgraded railings, and finished details, this porch has a completely refreshed look that’s built to stand up to the elements.

It’s always great when a previous client calls back for another project. We appreciate the trust and the opportunity to keep improving their home.

Another deck brought back to life!

This large deck was showing its age after years of weather exposure, so we got to work bringing it back to its best.

✔️ Scraped and prepped the entire deck
✔️ Completed several repairs
✔️ Applied fresh stain to protect and refresh the wood
✔️ Repaired and painted the pergola to help restore it from weather damage

A little repair, preparation, and the right finish can make a huge difference in the look and longevity of an outdoor space.

Another flooring job completed!

It was started by removing the existing carpet throughout the living room, dining room, and small entry area. From there, we installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the spaces, creating a clean, updated look with a seamless flow from room to room.

To finish everything off, we installed new shoe moulding around the perimeter for a clean, professional finished edge.

This project was a complete transformation of an old, ice-damaged deck and steps into a brand-new outdoor space built to look great and stand up to the elements.

We removed the existing damaged structure and replaced it with a new pressure-treated wood deck and steps, finished with pressure-treated wood railings and black balusters for a clean, modern look. Using the combination of natural pressure-treated lumber with the black balusters adds a sharp contrast while giving the deck a classic, durable finish.

Another deck brought back to life with quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a finished product built to last.

Thinking about replacing your old or damaged deck? Feel free to contact us to discuss your next project we look forward to hearing from you.

Another successful restoration completed. The original steps were severely rotted and no longer safe, so we removed the entire staircase and built a brand-new set from the ground up.

The new steps are solid, secure, and built to last — giving the homeowner both improved safety and a fresh updated look for their outdoor space.
