Elite Turf LLC is looking for an experienced Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team for the 2026 season!

What You’ll Do:
• Apply fertilizers and lawn care products
• Operate lawn care equipment and trucks
• Maintain accurate service records
• Deliver professional, high-quality service at customer properties

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of lawn care or turf management experience
• CT Pesticide Applicator’s License (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors

A look back at some of the results from our September 2023 slice seeds! All pictures taken in October of 2023. Increasing turf density, incorporating new varieties of grass - which are more resistant to drought and disease, and proper fertilization practices combining to form a beautiful lawn!

The difference a few months can make! We took over this property in September of 2022 after most of the lawn had been lost. After slice seeding the lawn two directions last September, check out the results today! While some areas are still filling in - the results are dramatic.
