So proud to be helping design the new One City Recovery Cafe!
This space will provide an essential hub for healing, dignity, and long-term recovery support in our community. They need sponsors to cross the finish line! Check out their post to get involved:

We're incredibly proud to see the completion of the new Hybrid Operating Room at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
It has been an honor for our team at ONE ELEVEN Design Collective to play a role in creating a space that will help advance cardiovascular care for patients across Eastern Iowa. This state-of-the-art facility combines advanced imaging technology with the sterility and flexibility of a modern operating room, allowing physicians to perform increasingly complex, minimally invasive procedures with greater precision.
Projects like this remind us why we do what we do—designing environments that support exceptional patient care and empower the healthcare professionals who make it possible.
Congratulations to UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's and everyone who helped bring this incredible project to life. We're grateful to have been part of the journey.

The larger operating room will give physicians greater flexibility to respond to potential complications that could arise during minimally invasive heart procedures.

Look at that progress! Seeing the overhead booms go in is an exciting sign that St. Luke’s state-of-the-art hybrid operating room is nearing the finish line. 🙌

We are proud to be part of this third and final phase of St. Luke’s transformational $25 million Heart & Vascular expansion, and cannot wait to see the rest of the advanced technology installed and the room fully complete.

As the area's nationally recognized leader in heart care, St. Luke's Heart and Vascular Center offers a full range of cardiovascular services, from prevention through treatment.

Proud of Katelyn for the impact she’s making in our downtown community. She wears a lot of hats at ONE ELEVEN, and somehow still finds time to give back in a meaningful way. We’re lucky to have her on our team!

Another amazing volunteer to celebrate for Volunteer Appreciation Month!
Introducing Katelyn, someone who goes above and beyond to support our events, our businesses, and our downtown community. Check out her thoughts on what makes Main Street Waterloo so special 💙🌷

"I first heard about Main Street through a friend and coworker who was heavily involved. Around the same time, my husband Jake started volunteering as well. He was working from home and looking for ways to get out of the house and connect with the community. By proxy, we got involved together and found that we really enjoy volunteering as a team, whether that’s selling drinks at a Friday Loo, creating snack bags for the Jingle Bar Hop, or organizing Soup-port Local.
Since moving here, I’ve really found my community through Main Street and the people/ business owners I’ve met along the way. It’s proof that it’s the people and connections that makes Waterloo special."

Happy 1/11! 🎉

Year two of celebrating what ONE ELEVEN stands for. 1/11 isn’t just a date — it’s a reminder of our foundation: unity, alignment, and collaboration. As a growing design collective, those values continue to guide how we work, how we partner, and how we design.

With each project, each conversation, and each collaboration, we’re focused on creating thoughtful spaces that bring people together — designed with you, not just for you.

Grateful for our clients, partners, and collaborators who continue to build alongside us. Here’s to what we create next.

We’re proud to be part of the third and final phase of this transformational $25 million project, which includes a state-of-the-art hybrid operating room designed for advanced structural heart procedures like TAVR and mitral valve repair.
This expansion is helping St. Luke’s increase capacity and continue delivering leading cardiovascular care to patients across Eastern Iowa.

The multi-million-dollar expansion will consolidate and enhance St. Luke’s heart and vascular capabilities into one comprehensive center, building upon an already strong foundation as the leader of heart and vascular services in Eastern Iowa.
