Getting closer on this old house. Finally into trim out. Being from 1930’s we thought it was important to match the rest of the house. Burkhart woodworks over in St. Louis milled us up this 2 piece trim to match.

Closing out the year with a little templating and install of this copper sink. Ready to come back and knock this kitchen out in the new year.

Want a new kitchen? We'll let the final before and after pics of this one speak for themselves.

We started by opening up the space by removing some walls and then went ahead and opened the entry to the sunroom to give this house the view it deserves. We then raised the subfloor in the sunroom to seamlessly blend into the kitchen space. After that we gave the ceiling in the sunroom a major facelift. From there it was onto the cabinetry and finishes.

We were lucky the homeowner worked with Shabby Beginnings Design to pick out the perfect finishes. It all came together flawlessly for a stunning look.

Another shower prepped and ready with . You can’t beat the ease of install. Tomorrow we’ll get it all sealed up and waterproofed and then fill it up with water to double check.

Stopped by today and picked up some guns and trim nails along with some systainers for a new trim cart build to make us more efficient.
