Another basement wrapped up! 🔨

It’s always fun looking back at where a project started and then walking through the finished space.

This basement went from mainly unfinished square footage to a completely newly finished extension of the home — giving this family a whole lot more space to enjoy for years to come!

A big thank you to the homeowners Emily and her son Lucas for trusting Classic Construction with their home. We appreciate the opportunity to take someone’s ideas and turn them into something they can actually walk into and enjoy.

Check out the finished walkthrough! 👇

If you (or a friend) are thinking about finishing your basement or tackling a remodel of your own- Give me a call — I’d be happy to talk through some ideas!

💎Basement Finish💎

This basement was completely unfinished before the work began…

Added:

🛀 bathroom
🛏️ bedroom
👔linen closet
🏈Living room
📕sitting room

And lots of other neat aspects!

Stained oak stair skirt boards, rails and post

Very beautiful accented carpet runner on stairs

LVP throughout

But the best part of the project were the clients- Mary, Amber and Levi were so hospitable they provided us plenty of cold drinks throughout the day as well as snacks and my personally favorite treat was the fresh hot coffee! Mary’s Famous Coffee we started calling them. It was a treat to do the work for them.

(These photos are way over due for sharing, been busy!)
