Just wrapped up this mulching & planting job. 12 arborvitae’s installed, 7 pines, & along with tons of other filler plants plus 15 yards of mulch & w**d barrier. 🌺🌸🌳🏡

Big overhaul landscaping transformation. Everything was w**ded out w**d barrier fabric installed. Lots of plants still have more to do in the back properties looking nice and clean with the fresh mulch.

Landscape Crew Member / Crew LeaderLocation: Waterford Township, MIJob Type: Full-Time / SeasonalPay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Pay based on experience and certifications) starting pay. If you have experience in credentials, we will talk about higher pay.

🌟 About Us We are a growing, reputable landscaping company servicing the Waterford, Oakland County, and Metro Detroit areas. We take pride in transforming outdoor spaces, cultivating beautiful lawns, and delivering exceptional customer service. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive team culture.

🛠️ What You’ll Do Lead or assist with daily lawn care operations, including mowing, edging, and trimming. Execute landscape enhancements such as mulching, planting, bed clean-ups, and shrub pruning. Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely. Oversee route efficiency and quality control on residential and commercial jobsites. Perform seasonal tasks (spring/fall clean-ups and snow removal/salting as needed).

🤝 What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required (Chauffeur's or CDL is a plus). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work outdoors in various Michigan weather conditions. Leadership (For Crew Leader roles): 1-3+ years of crew management and commercial route experience.
