Our hearts are heavy as we share with you that Leah Laurencelle passed away yesterday 07/15/26. She was someone who meant so much to all of us at Bell Site Development. For over 30 years, she poured her heart into this company. She wasn’t just an employee or our secretary she was family. She was one of the original faces of our business, someone who stood by us through years of growth, challenges, and countless memories. Her dedication, loyalty, and quiet strength helped build the foundation of who we are today. Even while courageously battling cancer, she continued to inspire us with her strength, grace, and determination. The love she had for this company and the people in it never went unnoticed. There are simply no words that can truly express how thankful we are for everything she gave to us over the past three decades and we will carry her legacy with us every single day. To her family, we send our deepest love, prayers, and heartfelt condolences. Thank you for sharing such an incredible woman with us for so many years. Rest peacefully Leah! Thank you for your years of dedication, your friendship, and the love you showed this company. You will forever be a part of the Bell Site Development family, and you will never, ever be forgotten.

From one hardworking American business to all of our amazing customers Bell Site Development will be CLOSED Friday, July 3rd so our crew can enjoy the holiday weekend with their families. We’ll be back and ready to serve you after the holiday!

While our newest team member keeps an eye on things, the crew has been busy stocking up on fresh asphalt millings and we’re ready to bring them straight to your job site or driveway!

A customer called and needed to reclaim valuable parking space. Our team stepped in to get the job done. Brett did an outstanding job clearing and preparing the area, creating a solid foundation for asphalt millings to be spread and compacted. Now they have a clean, functional parking area that maximizes space and improves accessibility. This is what we do!

Please remember to limit distractions while driving especially in work zone areas.  Let’s make sure everyone makes it home each and every night to their families. 

Our hearts are with the family, friends and colleagues of the Branch County Road Commission employee who was tragically struck while working last week and has now passed away from his injuries.

This devastating loss is a sobering reminder that road workers put themselves in harm’s way every day to keep our transportation system safe. When you approach a work zone, please slow down, stay alert, eliminate distractions and give workers the space they need to do their jobs safely.

One moment of inattention can change lives forever. Today, we honor a life lost and extend our deepest condolences to all those affected.
