Yesterday we introduced ourselves. Today we want you to meet someone who has quietly made all of our lives better.

This is Laurie. She joined us last November as our office manager, and honestly, we are not sure how we ran things before her.

Before Laurie, tasks piled up, time always felt like it was moving at warp speed, and there was never enough hours in the day to do it all. Now nothing slips through- she’s every business’s dream: a Type A personality and communication expert. If you have reached out to us in the last several months and felt taken care of, that was her.

Laurie is also a serial entrepreneur (she owns several marketing and consulting companies), she loves the outdoors (being in the garden and in nature is her happy place), she’s an avid traveler (she’ll be knocking out SEVEN more countries this year) and she’s hands down one of the kindest people you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing.

She is the one keeping everything organized behind the scenes so that when you reach out, you actually get a response, and when Chuck shows up, everything is set up right. The work you see out in the field runs smoothly because of the work she does that you do not see.

We are lucky to have her, and we wanted you to know her name.

After 30 years, you would think this work gets routine… It never has.

I want to introduce ourselves properly, because if you have followed this page, you have seen plenty of our work, but not much of us.

This is Chuck. He has been an electrician for over 30 years and is the one who shows up at your door, climbs into your attic in July, and stands out in the cold getting your power back on when a winter storm takes it down. He is steady, he is honest, and he cares more about doing the job correctly the first time than doing it fast. I have watched him drive back to a house on his own time just to check on something that was already finished, because it was nagging at him.

I’m Jen. I work behind the scenes with the finances and systems that keeps everything running so Chuck can focus on the work in front of him. 

We are a husband and wife who built this together here in East Waterboro Maine, one job at a time. No big company behind us. Just our name, a truck, and a community that we are genuinely grateful to be a part of.

We have some exciting things to share in the days ahead, including new faces who have joined us. But today we just wanted to say hello, properly.
