Employee Spotlight: Jesse Krey!

This week, we’re excited to recognize one of our incredible team members, Jesse!

Jesse has been with HeatSource for 10 years. He started as an installer and, through years of hard work and dedication, has become one of our highly valued service technicians. His knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to taking care of our customers have made him an invaluable part of our team.

When he isn’t working, Jesse spends his time with his wife and their three daughters. Whether he’s riding dirt bikes with his family or simply enjoying the beauty of Alaska, Jesse loves being outdoors and making memories with the people he loves most.

Jesse is exceptionally skilled at what he does, and the community has come to know and trust him over the years. We are incredibly thankful for everything he has done and continues to do here at HeatSource. His dedication does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate him more than words can express.

TEAM SPOTLIGHT: TREY WILLIAMS!

This week we're giving a well-deserved shoutout to Trey Williams, the hardworking technician who serves our Fairbanks community!

As the one-man team for our Fairbanks location, Trey does it all from installs and service calls to maintenance and estimates. No two days are the same, and he's always ready to tackle whatever comes his way with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

When he's not helping customers stay comfortable, you'll find Trey enjoying everything Alaska has to offer. He loves fishing, camping, riding, and, above all, spending time with his family.

We're proud to have Trey representing HeatSource Mechanical in Fairbanks. His dedication to our customers and willingness to wear so many hats make him an incredible asset to our team.

Happy 4th of July Weekend, Mat-Su!

We'll be closed Friday, July 3rd so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families. If you run into an unexpected heating or cooling emergency, don't worry, our on-call technician will still be available to help!

We can't wait to celebrate alongside our amazing community at the 4th of July Parade! If you see us, be sure to wave and say hi, we absolutely love seeing all of your smiling faces every year!

TEAM SPOTLIGHT: RICHARD SWEEN!

This week we're proud to recognize Richard, one of our Lead Installers here at HeatSource Mechanical!

As an Army Veteran and former Combat Engineer, Richard dedicated years of his life to serving our country. Inspired by his father, who also served as a Combat Engineer, he proudly carried on his family's legacy of military service. Today, that same dedication, attention to detail, and strong work ethic are evident in everything he does at HeatSource Mechanical.

As one of our Lead Installers, Richard takes tremendous pride in every installation he completes. He believes in doing the job right the first time, pays close attention to the details, and is committed to delivering quality workmanship for every customer. His leadership, experience, and strong work ethic make him an invaluable member of the HeatSource Mechanical team.

When he's not at work, you'll most likely find him outdoors especially fishing. Rain, snow, or even 40 below, if the fish are biting, Richard is out there. Above all, he's a devoted father and family man who takes great pride in providing for and spending time with his family.

We're grateful to have Richard on our team and appreciate the dedication he brings to both our customers and our company every day.
