Before any topsoil is placed, we take the time to thoroughly grade and prepare the area, eliminating low spots and creating the smoothest surface possible. Once the topsoil is installed, we hand-rake the entire area to remove lumps, smooth imperfections, and fine-tune the grade to create the best possible seedbed.
The prep work isn’t something we rush through or overlook, it’s where we spend our time. That extra attention to detail helps deliver a lawn that is smoother, more level, and built to look great for years to come.
