What a beautiful day for milling. Shirt sleeve kind of day. Milled some posts for my sawmill shed, some 4x4s for a customer and got some of the siding milled and a few more 2x6s for the trusses. Couldn't have asked for a nicer day.

Thought I should get some pictures up of some recent work. Here's an order of 2x12x8' cottonwood and a 12 foot live edge...

Thought I should get some pictures up of some recent work. Here's an order of 2x12x8' cottonwood and a 12 foot live edge beam. The customer is building shelves for their retail space and the live edge slab will be the retail countertop.

I haven't been keeping up the page but am back to milling and woodworking. I look forward to a busy season of milling lumber and doing several construction projects, to include a sawmill shed. This winter was a doozy and I spent more time moving snow than milling.
