As a member of the First Choice team, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving exceptional performance by keeping in constant communication with clients across the US, communicating quickly and effectively, and holding Account Managers accountable for service provider performance and tracking. The Senior Account Manager reports to the Director of National.

Role Objective: Owns the book of business through contract ex*****on, client relationship and satisfaction for each specific client. As part of this role, the Senior Account Manager will retain and grow key client relationships through contract renewals, expansion, and cross selling.

Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients to facilitate their needs within 1-2 hours.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Own and grow book of business.
• Communicating site changes to Contract & Compliance Administrator.
• Owning per site and per client income, cost, and margins and reporting internally weekly.
• Seeing additional opportunities and selling exterior maintenance jobs outside of the set scope of work.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
• Growing and developing team members and ensuring team harmony.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Identifying industry trends.
• Leading and Managing 1 team of 1-4 Account Managers.
o Approving PTO
o Conducting Performance Reviews
o Assisting in professional development and career progression.
• Additional duties as required for the needs of the business.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Thrives in high performance, fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

We are experiencing quite the growth spurt and need help procuring National vendors for this upcoming winter season as a Procurement Representative.

Day time hours are prefered but we can be flexible on time and availability to accomodate your schedule - a couple days week, a few hours a day, evenings, or weekends at $18.00/ hour.

Responsibilities include:

•Communicating with potential service providers regarding scope of work and contract details.

Even though the weather is heating up, our In-House Snow team is preparing for the cold! We are looking for a Regional Branch Supervisor to train through the summer, preparing for the temperatures to drop and the snow to start falling!

As a Regional Branch Manager, you will get the opportunity to travel and own operations from pre-season planning to post-season site closure in different regions of the country. You will get to work with people from all walks of life to build dynamic and efficient field teams of Operators and Laborers. You will coordinate between field personnel and account management staff to provide our clients with over-the-top services. You will have the opportunity to step in and provide emergency services to clients on an as needed basis.

Job Objective – Own operations of assigned branches within a region from pre-season preparation to end of season shutdown, maintaining the First Choice Facilities standards and expectations of quality.

Responsibilities -
- Maintaining First Choice standard of work at client sites across the country during severe winter weather
- Hiring, training, and managing local workforce to fulfill client obligations pre, post, and during winter storms.
- Dispatching Personnel using software platform, texting, and phone calls.
- Work with Equipment Manager to Perform Preventative Maintenance and Necessary Repairs as needed, including minor repairs on site.
- Own and Manage Product Inventory Levels at selected Branch sites
- Frequent Communication of Field Conditions and Job Updates with Account Management Staff
- Help manage and perform tasks to aid off-season revenue streams

Requirements –
- Mechanically thinking inclined and site management operations required.
- Must have Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Class A CDL preferred
- Experience in the Snow and Ice Management Industry preferred
- 25-40% Travel or based on Job Needs
- Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- High School Education or equivalent
