Come Join the team as a Senior Account Manager!
As a member of the First Choice team, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving exceptional performance by keeping in constant communication with clients across the US, communicating quickly and effectively, and holding Account Managers accountable for service provider performance and tracking. The Senior Account Manager reports to the Director of National.
Role Objective: Owns the book of business through contract ex*****on, client relationship and satisfaction for each specific client. As part of this role, the Senior Account Manager will retain and grow key client relationships through contract renewals, expansion, and cross selling.
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients to facilitate their needs within 1-2 hours.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Own and grow book of business.
• Communicating site changes to Contract & Compliance Administrator.
• Owning per site and per client income, cost, and margins and reporting internally weekly.
• Seeing additional opportunities and selling exterior maintenance jobs outside of the set scope of work.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
• Growing and developing team members and ensuring team harmony.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Identifying industry trends.
• Leading and Managing 1 team of 1-4 Account Managers.
o Approving PTO
o Conducting Performance Reviews
o Assisting in professional development and career progression.
• Additional duties as required for the needs of the business.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Thrives in high performance, fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• After-hours are required as needed during the winter season.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Starting salary is $60,000/annually
