We're hiring!
We want to add experienced construction workers with residential framing experience and a foreman to our team. Each day will be slightly different and you'll never be bored!

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
-Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the dimensions of structures or forms to be constructed and be able to frame based on the blueprints.
-Have basic to advanced knowledge and skills, including, but not limited installing metal roofs and panels, laying shingles, siding, metal wrapping, trim work, windows, and doors.
-Load/ unload materials, prep, demo, and clean up job sites.
-Measure materials and distances using a variety of tools.
-Cut materials using a variety of tools.
-Willingness to work during the winter doing various snow removal jobs including shoveling sidewalks and utilizing different equipment for snow removal.

Requirements:
-High School diploma or GED.
-1+ years of construction experience.
-Have a positive attitude and be pleasant to work with.
-Valid driver’s license and ability to transport yourself to the office every day OR a responsible party to get you to and from work.
-Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction.
-Ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift 50+ lbs, and be on your feet all day.
-We typically work Monday-Friday, year-round; some weekends are required during the winter due to snow removal.
-Must be dependable.
-Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and willing to ask for help or direction when needed.
