KW Cages Equipment & Supplies at Bunny Rancher! 🐰📦✨

The wait is over! We have officially listed some of our new KW Cages items onto the site - with many more new exciting items coming soon. Show transport carriers, cavy items, and more have been ordered in. We expect them to go live on the website in about a month. Thank you to all who have been patient as we grow our offerings!

If you breed, show, or raise rabbits and cavies, you already know KW Cages sets the standard for durable wire, reliable transport gear, and barn-tested hardware. But ordering bulky equipment across the country often comes with painful individual freight rates, handling fees, and parcel surcharges.

We’re making it much easier (and cheaper) to get top-tier rabbitry supplies into your barn:

Eliminate High Individual Freight: By bringing in KW products via consolidated freight, you get access to industry-standard equipment without footing hefty cross-country shipping bills on solo orders.

100% Free Local Pickup: Traveling through Southern Maine? Skip shipping fees!

Show Delivery Available: Another way to avoid shipping costs! Pre-order online and arrange to pick it up directly from our booth at upcoming regional shows. We will be listing promotional codes specifically tied each show we attend , which will let you checkout on our website with no added shipping fees.

Thanks to everyone who placed a KW order with us for the November Queensbury, NY and Augusta, NJ show! Just a reminder that we will be at the EMRBA Show in Bangor, ME on November 1st and can bring along preorders (only) if placed by October 30th. Need a rabbit registration done? Just let Lauren know!

Recap: Connecticut Rabbit Breeders Association: The Ina Mae and Harold Schmidt Memorial Show 10/10/26

What a fun, cozy show with the absolute best people! 🐰✨

We had incredible support for Bunny Rancher this weekend. You all made this our most successful show yet as a vendor, and I truly loved getting the chance to catch up and meet so many of you in person. Every kind word and bit of encouragement for our small family business goes such a long way—we couldn't appreciate this community more!

A huge shoutout to Kristen Coltey Wentworth’s kids for jumping straight into action and helping us unload! You made setup so quick and easy! 🙌

When I formed Wild Eden Workshop LLC back in 2014, I never would have imagined that Bunny Rancher would grow into what it is today. I originally set out to supply homestead tools with raising rabbits in mind, finding years of steady success with just a few core items. But seeing the strong need for quality rabbitry and cavy supplies here in the Northeast pushed us to expand our catalog this spring.

I’ll be honest—after more than a decade of doing things the same way, shaking things up was nerve-wracking! But real growth never happens when you settle for comfortable.

Thank you all for making this journey so rewarding. See you at the next one! 💙

Okay, folks—here is what we currently have on hand from KW Cages! 😍

Photos will go up on the website just as soon as I finish editing around packing and prepping for Grand Finals this weekend. It’s a crazy busy week! In the meantime, you can search any of the Stock Numbers directly on the KW Cages website to view specs and pictures.

🏆 Grand Finals Pickup (Saturday, 10/3/26 in NY)
I wanted to get this list out now so anyone attending Grand Finals can get first dibs on what’s available! We do NOT have a booth at this show and only paid orders will be available for pickup. It's going to be a tight fit for this show, so we will not have any extra items on hand to look at if not arranged in advance.

🏆 CONNECTICUT RABBIT BREEDERS
ASSOCIATION Show - New Haven, CT (Saturday, 10/10/26 in CT)
Pre-Order now to pick up at the show! We will also be vending at this one.

📦 Shipping & Orders
Yes, we ship! For our East Coast folks, our item price plus flat/standard shipping will almost always beat the steep cross-country freight fees of ordering solo.

Attending Grand Finals? Drop a comment or message us to claim your items for Saturday pickup. Any other items in stock on our website can also be combined for your order!

Need it shipped? Send us a direct message right here on the page with your zip code and desired items, and we’ll get you squared away. Our next KW order won’t arrive for at least another month. Plus, the sooner we move through this inventory, the sooner we can open up pre-orders for the other items you’ve been asking for—including cages and carriers! 🙏

Thank you all so much for the incredible support the show community continues to show us! 🐰✨

🌱 Keep your kits warm and safe with our new Handcrafted Pine Nest Boxes! 🌱

When kindling season rolls around, newborn kits need two things: warmth and security. Sheet metal boxes can get cold fast, but solid wood naturally insulates against drafts and shifting barn temperatures.

Handmade right here in Maine, these nest boxes are built specifically for small and dwarf breeds:

🪵 Solid Natural Pine: Untreated, breathable wood that holds warmth and withstands active does.

📏 Dwarf & Small Breed Proportions (12" x 9.5" x 6.5"): Keeps kits snuggled close together to prevent chilling while giving moms easy access.

🔨 Built to Last: Sturdy, dependable construction made for working rabbitries, season after season.

🇺🇸 Locally Crafted: Hand-built in Maine with care and attention to practical barn details.

Perfect for Netherland Dwarfs, Holland Lops, Mini Rex, Polish, Dutch, and other compact breeds.

Get your barn ready for the next litter! 👇
