Warehouse Site and Building Design in Washington, IN

Cornerstone Engineering & Design teamed with Landmark Surveying, Advantage Fire & Safety, Daviess County Metal Sales, and Stoll Steel Buildings to provide complete site/civil and building design and permitting for a warehouse expansion.

Cornerstone provided layout, grading, utility, stormwater, and erosion control design for the site/civil scope. The building design scope included foundation, life safety/building code compliance, loading dock, electrical, mechanical, and architectural design for the over 100,000sf Pre-Engineered Metal Frame building and special steel framing design for a curved connecting walkway to an existing warehouse.

Downtown Commons Project in Washington, IN is getting ready for grand opening!

Cornerstone Engineering & Design provided foundation design, plumbing design, life safety & building code compliance, interior wood framing design, architectural detailing, and state building permitting for the (4) Pre-Engineered Metal Frame buildings built during the project.

Cornerstone Engineering & Design also provided construction engineering to the general contractor to work through issues encountered during the civil & building construction scopes.
