While we appreciate the thought we respectfully decline your offer..

When it comes to materials on the job it’s best to let the pros handle which ones to use. We know there are cheaper materials out there. But cheaper almost always leads to problems. It can lead to longer labor hours, and problems down the road. Which can end up costing homeowners WAY more in the long run.

Working with a pro not only guarantees your workmanship. But also guarantees your project will use the proper quality material that will last and stand the test of time.

When it comes to your homes exterior trust a professional like us to get the job done and done right!

How it’s looking vs. how it started!

We are very grateful for the opportunity to transform the roof on the West county vision center located in Kirkwood, MO!

Our crews performed a complete tear off of the old modified bit and replaced it with new TPO. We also replaced all of the steel coping around the building with all new painted steel.

Your Skylight Needs More Than Clean Glass!

A homes exterior works as one connected system. Here are four practical points Missouri and Greater St. Louis homeowners should know:

1️⃣Check The Flashing: The metal system around the unit directs water onto the roof surface. Loose or damaged pieces need attention.
2️⃣Clear The Water Path: Leaves and debris above a skylight can hold moisture and redirect runoff around vulnerable edges.
3️⃣Notice Interior Clues: Bubbling paint, staining or damp trim may indicate water intrusion or interior condensation.
4️⃣ Know The Units Age: Seals and components age. Replacement can be worth discussing when reroofing an older skylight.

If you see a concern or simply want a clearer picture of your exteriors condition, contact Washington Roofing & Construction for a free exterior inspection.
