Second grand opening this week!

Today we celebrated the completion and opening of Wawa #6130 in Wilmington, NC.

Congratulations to Wawa and the entire project team on another successful opening. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help bring the first Wawa to the Wilmington community.

A few highlights of this year’s 8th Annual Golf Tournament!

Because of the generosity of our sponsors, golfers, and volunteers, we're proud to share that this year's tournament raised $88,500.00 in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern North Carolina, Bright Futures Beaufort County, and Ripe For Revival.

Shoutout to all the teachers making a difference and enriching the lives of students day in and day-out.

In honor of teacher appreciation week we’re highlighting the Cooper Academy Addition project, which was designed to create a safer, more connected, and more functional environment for both students and staff.

The project includes:
• 20 new classrooms
• An interior connector allowing students and teachers to move between buildings without going outside
• Enhanced campus security features
• Expanded parking and parent pickup areas
• New recess and outdoor activity space

Daughters for Dads (D4D) is a local nonprofit inspired by a father’s never-ending love. Their mission is to support local friends and families battling cancer by helping ease the burdens it brings—through financial assistance, meals, treats for caregivers, and so much more.
