Another super busy weekend in the books!

We were able to get two bank parking lots knocked out this weekend, and I think they both turned out great!

If you’re from Washington, then you’ve definitely heard of Rothschild’s Restaurant — and you know they have some of the best breakfast in town! 🥞🍳

This past week, we had the opportunity to get their parking lot freshly sealed and striped while keeping their doors open and business running throughout the project. We always do our best to work around our customers’ schedules and minimize any disruption!

We’ve been SUPER busy lately!

We wrapped up N-Sports Recreation Center last week along with a few other projects, then headed into the weekend with a brand-new parking lot at M-K Distributions. We got the lot sealed up to help protect the new asphalt and keep it looking great for years to come!

Then today, we finished up at All Encompassing by laying down fresh parking lot lines on their new lot. 🚧

We had the opportunity to help Tropical Sno get their parking lot looking brand new! 🍧

When they reached out, we worked with their schedule and got them on the books about two months out for a time that was most convenient for their business. Keeping our customers open and minimizing disruptions is always a top priority.

After a thorough cleaning, a fresh seal coat, and crisp new striping, this parking lot is ready to welcome customers for another busy season.

We may not be the best at making those flashy Facebook videos, but we sure know how to transform a parking lot.

This shopping center had gone nearly 20 years baking in the sun without any preventative maintenance. After seeing some of our recent work, the owner reached out to see what we could do.

We started by removing years of built-up dirt and debris—there was a ton of it. From there, we seal coated the parking lot in three separate sections so the businesses could remain open with minimal disruption. We wrapped up the project with fresh, crisp line striping that completely brought the property back to life.

The difference is incredible, and now this shopping center is protected and looking like new again.

Talk about a HOT one yesterday! 🥵☀️

To beat the heat as much as possible, we crack filled the KC Hall in Union, MO Sunday evening so we could hit the ground running Monday morning. We had the parking lot sealed by 10:30 a.m., and the heat index was already pushing 115°.

A huge shoutout to my awesome crew for pushing through the extreme conditions and getting the job done right. Their hard work really paid off, and the parking lot turned out amazing.

We came back later that evening to freshen it up with new striping, and now the KC Hall is ready for all of their events later this week!
