So today I found some fuzzy white stuff on boegly (drosera spatulata). I was very concerned that it was mold, but no need to worry! It is a type of mold, but it is called saprophyte. It is a mold that only eats the dead tissue on your plant, so it won’t actually affect the heathly parts of the plant. 🌸🫶🏻 could also be mealy bugs or aphids so we’re giving them a nice little neem bath tonight 🥰

Boegly’s sister made it here today isn’t she beautiful!!!😍🥰she is a drosera aliciae once she gets older her characteristics will look a little different than boegly but for right now they definitely look VERY similar😅🥰
