Winmar Construction Our company attributes its continued growth and success in our ability to establish "partnering" agreements with he entire Project Team.

We are a full-service partner experienced in pre- and self-performed construction, and general contractor projects. We specialize in Commercial Interiors & Hospitality Builds, including restaurants, retail, and institutional construction. Through this, we create a "collaborative" platform, that minimizes disputes while creating a streamlined process for finding resolutions enabling us to finish projects efficiently and within the budgetary parameters. When working with Winmar, it is my promise that you will have Principal involvement and my personal commitment of excellence through every aspect of your project.

Cora Residences will bring 74 luxury condominiums to the area, featuring a rooftop pool and padel court.

The project is led by Project Manager: Luis Alfonzo, Assistant Project Manager: Mercedes Baquero, and Rigoberto De La Paz: Lead Superintendent.

These are just a few of the teams behind the work at Winmar South Florida. From Palace Gardens II in Homestead and La Colonia in Hialeah to our Monroe and Purdy projects in Miami Beach, we’re grateful for the people who show up each day, support one another, solve problems, and keep our projects moving forward.

Not every project team is pictured here, but each one plays an important part in what we accomplish. We’re proud of the work we do and even prouder of the people behind it.

🛠️📏 Happy National Tape Measure Day! 📏🛠️

Today, we're celebrating one of the most essential tools in the construction world: the tape measure!
From laying foundations to adding the final touches, precision is key, and our trusty tape measure is always by our side.

🔍 Fun Fact: The modern tape measure was patented on this day in 1868. Imagine how many miles of measurements we've made since then!

At Winmar Construction, we pride ourselves on accuracy and attention to detail in every project. Here's to the tool that helps us make it all possible!

Nothing brings the team together quite like a made-to-order breakfast! 🍳

This morning, we treated our team to a visit from Jose Omelette Guys serving up fresh, customized omelets with all the fixings. It was a great way to kick off the day, enjoy some time together, and show our appreciation for everyone's hard work.

A big thank you to Jose for an amazing breakfast and for helping us start the morning off right!
