Summer is almost over, but we didn’t want it to end before sharing some photos from another project that started earlier this month.

Located in North Bethesda, this mid-century modern home is undergoing a full renovation to meet the needs of its new owners while giving new life to its original character.

With weather like this, it's always nice to have an outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the day.

That's exactly what we created for this historic Capitol Hill row house. We transformed an underused backyard into a comfortable and inviting outdoor space. Sheltered by the house itself and the surrounding buildings, it offers both privacy and comfort.

When many assumed this worn mid-century modern home would be demolished, we saw an opportunity to preserve and transform it for a growing family.

Rather than expanding the house, we approached the renovation as a process of careful editing and simplification, respecting its modernist character. By retaining the original U-shaped footprint, we strengthened the relationship between the interior spaces, the central courtyard, and the wooded landscape beyond, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.

If you find yourself on L Street near Foggy Bottom, stop by the Cosentino City showroom and check it out.

For this project, developed in collaboration with Division1 Architects, we wanted to create a space where designers and homeowners feel at ease while exploring Cosentino's product catalog. Our goal was to create an environment that encourages interaction with the different materials and samples, while also providing the storage and display capacity needed to showcase as many products as possible—without the space ever feeling overwhelming.

We believe a showroom should do more than display products; it should inspire creativity, encourage conversation, and make the selection process an enjoyable experience.

Construction is underway.

We’re excited to share some early progress photos of our project in Bethesda. This addition to a two-story brick home will include a new art studio, dining room, and living room, seamlessly integrated with the existing house.

At reform, we understand the complexity of working with existing structures. That’s why we carefully plan, coordinate, and detail every single element to ensure the new addition works seamlessly with the existing house.

It's Friday, and to close out the week, it seems like a good time to share a few pictures of the progress at our North Bethesda project.

Demolition is complete! Although there is still a long way to go, simply by removing a wall here and a ceiling there - it may look like things are coming apart, but they're actually just starting to come together!

Can’t finish the week without sharing this exciting news.

We’ve officially started the renovation process on one of our latest projects located in North Bethesda, Maryland. We can’t wait to share more images with you and bring you along through the entire process.
