We wanted to share with you some of the material studies we’ve been working on to select the different finishes and colors for one of our projects.

Located in Montgomery County, this existing home is undergoing a complete transformation. However, for us, it is an important design decision to respect and complement the original materials and character of the house.

As the leaves begin to change and we head into Fall, our home renovation project in North Bethesda is nearing completion!

For months, every room has been covered by tarps and flooring protection, but now as we make final finish selections and as the protective coverings are removed - you can really see the vision coming together!

We're excited to share the final results with you sometime next month. In the meantime, check out the progress we’ve made over the summer!

Summer is almost over, but we didn’t want it to end before sharing some photos from another project that started earlier this month.

Located in North Bethesda, this mid-century modern home is undergoing a full renovation to meet the needs of its new owners while giving new life to its original character.

Demolition is complete. Now it’s time to start bringing this house back to life. Stay tuned as the transformation takes shape!

With weather like this, it's always nice to have an outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the day.

That's exactly what we created for this historic Capitol Hill row house. We transformed an underused backyard into a comfortable and inviting outdoor space. Sheltered by the house itself and the surrounding buildings, it offers both privacy and comfort.

When many assumed this worn mid-century modern home would be demolished, we saw an opportunity to preserve and transform it for a growing family.

Rather than expanding the house, we approached the renovation as a process of careful editing and simplification, respecting its modernist character. By retaining the original U-shaped footprint, we strengthened the relationship between the interior spaces, the central courtyard, and the wooded landscape beyond, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.

If you find yourself on L Street near Foggy Bottom, stop by the Cosentino City showroom and check it out.

For this project, developed in collaboration with Division1 Architects, we wanted to create a space where designers and homeowners feel at ease while exploring Cosentino's product catalog. Our goal was to create an environment that encourages interaction with the different materials and samples, while also providing the storage and display capacity needed to showcase as many products as possible—without the space ever feeling overwhelming.

We believe a showroom should do more than display products; it should inspire creativity, encourage conversation, and make the selection process an enjoyable experience.
