Harvested Oregano and Parsley

—Oregano Tea for Immune Support:
A gentle daily option during cold and flu season.
How to make it
1–2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 cup hot water
Steep 5–10 minutes
Optional: add honey and lemon

—Ways to Use Parsley for Immune Support:
Parsley Tea
1 handful fresh parsley or 1–2 teaspoons dried parsley
Hot water
Optional: lemon and honey
Steep for 5–10 minutes.

Most collards are a cool season crop. I found a variety of collards that are a little more heat tolerant and has a much greater resistance to bolting, but needs shade from hot sun. See video for more information! Happy Growing Season! 🥂
