You asked what's going into this Lambertville bathroom πŸ› Here's the breakdown.

Every tile installed to perfection β€” every inch measured, every line true. The niche is marble basketweave, matched to the floor. Pencil trim wraps every edge. It's the detail nobody points at and everybody feels.

New windows throughout β€” the originals couldn't be saved. The floor was releveled by nearly 2 inches, showing just how far this house had settled before we got started.

Follow along as this reno comes together. πŸ‘‡

Meet Luke. Probably should have posted this earlier. Luke interned with us this summer. We were looking for someone to help with our social media. We had put up a post looking for someone . Luke's mom saw it. She follows us on Facebook,as we did an in-law suite for her mom, then a magnificent new kitchen. She asked if we would interview Luke. As it turns out we needed more than just help with our social media and Luke Rose to the occasion. He did so much more. He quickly Learned how to drive a truck ,tow a large trailer, even learned how to back it up into tight spaces, He helped keep a lot of our jobs moving smoothly. Luke also did a lot of the voiceovers on some of our posts. He's the one with the FM voice. Luke is back at college. Where he is studying cybersecurity. We're going to miss Luke. We will have to suffer through fixing our own laptops and cell phone issues. Occasionally Luke will assist while at School with our social media.
Luke everyone at Envision Kitchen & Bath and Alexander Property Renovations enjoyed working with you.
Good luck in school!

Progress update from our Lambertville project! The gut is done and this house just got fully spray foamed β€” sealing every gap and insulating the whole envelope before drywall goes up. It's not the most glamorous step, but it's the one that makes the biggest difference in comfort and energy bills for years to come.

Next up: drywall, then we start bringing this kitchen and bath back to life.

What's the one "invisible" upgrade you'd never skip on a renovation β€” insulation, HVAC, or something else?

An update on our ongoing Lambertville kitchen and primary suite remodel: the demolition phase has concluded with the removal of 40 yards of material, and now the reconstruction is in progress. Predictably, the existing framework was discovered to be out of square and level by 2 inches in both the ceiling and floor.
The video is a tad lengthy.
