🛠️ NOW HIRING — Construction Laborer / Helper

*Located in Waseca, MN*

MBE Construction is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our crew!

We’re looking for someone with some construction experience who is willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in their work. Experience with remodeling, framing, siding, roofing, general construction, or other hands-on trades is a plus.

💰 Pay & Schedule

* $15–$25/hour based on experience and skill level
* 20–40 hours per week, depending on workload
* Paid every 2 weeks
* 1099 contractor position
* Opportunities for more hours as workload increases

🔨 What We’re Looking For

* Some previous construction experience preferred
* Reliable and dependable
* Able to work as part of a crew
* Willing to learn new skills
* Good attitude and strong work ethic
* Able to safely use basic hand and power tools
* Valid driver’s license is a plus
* Must be willing to work in various weather conditions

📍 About the Job

Work will include a variety of remodeling and general construction projects, so no two days are necessarily the same. We’re looking for someone who wants to develop their skills and become a valuable part of our team.

🎉 THE WASECA COUNTY FREE FAIR HAS COME TO A CLOSE — THANK YOU! 🎉

From July 8-12, the MBE Construction booth was set up at the Waseca County Free Fair, and what a week it was! We loved meeting so many of our neighbors, handing out Dum Dums, and talking about your decks, fences, roofing, and remodel projects. 💪
