🚧 Exciting changes are coming to downtown Norwalk, CT! 🚧

This redevelopment initiative is set to transform an underutilized urban space into a vibrant multi-tower, five-story building. This mixed-use project will feature 102 residential units, office space, parking garage, and street-level retail, bringing new energy and opportunities to the area.

🔨 Phase 1 kicked off in November 2025, focusing on converting an existing single-story commercial building. This involves partial demolition and reconstruction of the underground garage structure and foundation.

🌱 Looking ahead, Phases 2 and 3 will prioritize sustainability, with buildings designed to meet LEED Silver standards. Stay tuned for more updates!

🚧 Exciting developments are happening in Groveland, Florida, where extensive sitework is underway for a new 155,000-sf senior living complex.

This 20-acre site📍will soon be transformed into a vibrant senior living community 🏘️ featuring 154 units across two towers, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. Residents will enjoy a community clubhouse complete with dining and event spaces, along with a variety of other amenities.

Let's take a look 🔙 to a notable project at the Community College of Rhode Island Warwick Campus.

The Bentley team refreshed the🔬chemistry labs and adjacent office spaces, including new teaching walls, upgraded lab equipment, and an improved HVAC system to maintain air quality and reduce heat loads from equipment. Durable cabinets and countertops were selected to stand up to daily lab use and keep the space looking sharp for years.

🚧 Construction was executed in multiple phases during third shift to keep class schedules and campus activities running smoothly. This project was part of a broader upgrade effort, which included refreshed classrooms and biology labs.

Sono Bello, a top provider of body contouring and fat removal procedures, has given its Warwick, RI location a glow up🌟with the help of the Bentley team!

The refreshed 10,000-sf space now boasts new exam rooms, ⚕️procedure rooms, and launch rooms, alongside offices and storage spaces. This project required seamless coordination with neighboring tenants to avoid disruption during the construction.

With brand-new plumbing and mechanical systems, this fast-tracked renovation ensures an inviting, clean, safe, and efficient environment for both patients and medical staff.

The newly revitalized🦜Foster Parrots Ltd. and The New England Exotic Wildlife Sanctuary (NEEWS) in Hope Valley, RI, is alive with color and vibrancy!

After a devastating fire in 2021, Foster Parrots rebuilt using funds from grants and donations. Bentley transformed the former factory chicken farm into a stunning 23-acre sanctuary, creating a new 28,000-square-foot home for over 400 exotic parrots and reptiles.

During demolition and construction, animal well-being was prioritized. The Bentley team regularly checked in with staff to make necessary accommodations for the safety of the residents.

At Bentley, we focus on creating strong partnerships🤝 with our clients.

We recently celebrated the completion of New England Innovation Academy's new ground-up 30,000 sf Athletic Complex & Fields. This milestone marks the culmination of a multi-phase renovation and expansion at NEIA's 7-acre campus.

This new facility was designed with a focus on enhancing student wellness and community engagement and features a grand entrance, trophy case, ticket window, and two locker rooms, with nearby athletic offices.

🏀⚽️A versatile gymnasium with two full-size courts for basketball and volleyball, convertible into four middle school courts, and a walking track.

🏋️A multi-purpose room for various activities, including soundproof studios for dance and yoga, plus a training room for cardio and strength exercises.

🌳Large windows offer expansive views of the 26-acre campus. Outside, a retaining wall surrounds a multi-sport turf field with lighting, a sound system, and a scoreboard.
