Drilling out for a floating black walnut mantle. You pretty much get one shot at this, so you need to triple check, drill once. 1/16" margin for error. This is the first time I have worked with black walnut. Sure doesn't smell as nice as cedar when working with it.

3/8" thick powder coated steel brackets to help support a 22" cantilevered quartz top. If you're not careful, they'll bite. Hence the caution tape.
