This home had a lot of water damaged shingles and trim due to the massive shrubbery that was originally in the way, paired with no gutters.

✅Patched damaged shingles
✅New corner boards
✅New freeze board trim & drip cap where needed
✅New PVC Garage door trim & garage door weatherstripping
✅New Window trim where needed

Shingles will be stained once spring comes.

So close to having this project done!

Waiting on countertops and then backsplash.

This project is my dad's house and was special to me because I grew up here.

It was always tight and we never used the living room because it was just too dark and unpleasant to be in. On top of that, the kitchen was so tight.

Now this is the only room my parents want to be in, and I don't blame them!

Some before and after action on this side of a large recreation room.

Original posts and siding were rotting and the sliding doors were all failing.

We were fortunate to find some large windows at reduced prices to fill in for the sliding doors. We even repurposed 2 newer sliding door panels as windows (the 2 horizonal windows).
