This project was full of structural, waterproofing, building and fire code challenges that we had to overcome while meeting the 14th month deadline set at the beginning of the project, with it being fully rented very early on during construction.

Though we have done some commercial and residential new construction projects over the years, the vast majority of our work is remodeling, repurpose, reuse, and preservation. We look forward to continuing to serve our clients and their communities.
