As part of this comprehensive renovation, the primary bathroom was transformed into a high-end, custom retreat. The space features a custom natural stone steam shower detailed with floor-to-ceiling tile work and a custom-engineered, full-height glass enclosure.
Lighting, & Kitchen Upgrades, professional-grade GE Monogram induction cooktop. LED lighting throughout, custom tray ceiling accent lighting.
We also soundproofed the windows to limit the street noise of the downcity location.
To facilitate extensive wall repairs, full-room painting, and the complete dustless re-sanding and refinishing of the hardwood flooring, we executed a seamless, white-glove content management service.
Prior to starting construction, our team meticulously cataloged, packed, and removed all furniture, delicate room contents, and fine artwork to protect them in a secure, climate-controlled warehouse.
Following the successful completion of the surface restoration and finishing, we returned and precisely reinstalled all items to their original positions, delivering a flawless, turnkey space back to the client.
