There are few people you meet in life that are quite like Carol Benoit. With a heart of gold and a passion for customer service, it was an easy decision for her to chart her own course and open Crystal Waters Hot Tubs. After all, she had a massively successful career selling hot tubs and learning the ins and outs of the industry. She started in the industry in 2016 and by the end of 2020, she had generated more than $2.5 million in revenue for her company. However, she knew in her heart, that working for another company just didn’t stack up to her impeccable standards of service, product knowledge, and most importantly, personal customer relationships. So, she decided to own her future and open her own business. Becoming an entrepreneur was an easy choice for her - she knows her worth and isn’t afraid to do all the steps necessary to operate a successful business. In 2021, she opened the doors of Crystal Waters Hot Tubs, with a Mission to focus on PEOPLE. She was crystal clear (pun intended!) about her passion to provide genuine personal service in a friendly and caring manner while providing the absolute best products on the market, all backed by a solid warranty. She values relationships over transactions, strong communication, and the commitment to her word - always under-promising and over-delivering. Carol works alongside her daughter Crystal, who the company is named after. Together, these ladies understand the needs of their clients and their community.
