We're all watching the weather! Stay safe!

Storm update: much of the area now a #4 risk, which is “moderate.” No changes to my forecast. Hail and tornadoes the man threat, followed by straightline wind.

Be weather aware later today and this evening. Fair game for storms after 5p, with the best chance after 9p.

Constant updates right here & MR WX App. I’ll go live if warranted and stick with you though the evening.

Have a plan if your county goes under a warning - don’t panic. Easier said than done, I know. We’ve seen setups like this before, and we will see them again. The key is being informed, which you are!

⚠️Falling walnuts!

Falling temperatures and dry conditions have lead to the rapid ripening of walnuts! These trees are shedding them fast! These can dent/scratch your car and can definitely hurt if they fall on your head!

I'm starting to think the trees have it out for us!!
Friday the 13th.... wasn't windy, just a rotting base and water logged soil....we weren't even there to cut any trees....it just came after us!
No injuries other than minor damage to the truck...and paranoia that every creaking tree is out to get ya!😆

We got some pea-sized hail, rain, thunder and lightning, and the wind caused some light tree debris. We are hearing about more drastic damage to the north and south of us.
