Hi, friends! We were gone a year! 😅
After deploying with my husband, we're back home and so excited for spring. Here's what we have going on: new chicks coming! I built this chick brooder in the basement, it's so fun to bang nails with a hammer that I fixed our compost enclosure, too. Tons of seeds sprouting and baby plants under grow lights! I'm trying two new methods-seed "snails" and cold sowing in recycled milk jugs. There is definite sproutage! We'll plan to do another plant sale in a few weeks. Evan is also raising chickens for meat this year...we'll see if he wants to sell any in the summer.
Look for our plant/lemonade/bake/yard sale in late April or early May!
