What a great day at the 2026 CAA Trade Show!

We loved catching up with familiar faces and meeting so many wonderful new people! After 75 years in business, we're reminded that it's the people and relationships that make what we do so special.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by! We truly enjoyed connecting with you!

Anyone else noticing stink bugs EVERYWHERE lately? 🪲🍂

On your windows? Check.
On your doors? Check.
Somehow inside your house? Of course.

Here's why: As the weather cools down, stink bugs look for warm places to spend the winter.

Fun fact: They actually release chemical signals that attract other stink bugs. Apparently, they don't like showing up alone!

Our advice? Don't squish them unless you want to find out how they got their name. 😂

Have you been seeing more stink bugs than usual this fall?

🌼 MUM FUN FACT OF THE DAY:

Mums don’t need a calendar to know it’s fall.

As the days get shorter and the nights get longer, that change in daylight helps tell mums it’s time to start blooming.

And those big round plants aren’t just one type of flower — mums come in everything from daisy-like blooms to pompons, buttons and other shapes.

Basically, mums have one job every September:

Make everything look like fall. 🍂🎃

And they’re pretty good at it.

Have you wondered why there are so many bees around this year? 🐝

More flowers + warm weather + plenty of food = a whole lot of buzzing.

And here’s something interesting: that tiny bee landing on your arm may be a sweat bee. They’re attracted to the salt in perspiration—which apparently means even the bees know when you’ve been working hard. 😂

Most bees are just doing their job. Give them some space, watch for nests around high-traffic areas, and enjoy the pollinators doing a little free landscaping for us.

🍂 September: when landscaping can’t decide what season it is.

Morning: sweatshirt.
Afternoon: 85 degrees.
Next day: somehow fall. 😂

As we head into September and celebrate Labor Day, we want to give a big shoutout to the crews who spent the summer mowing, trimming, planting, hauling, sweating, dodging rainstorms—and keeping properties looking their best.

The calendar might say summer is winding down, but landscaping definitely isn’t. Fall cleanups, mums, aeration, leaves and eventually… that four-letter word: SNOW. ❄️

Happy Labor Day from all of us, and thank you to the people who put in the work every day. 🇺🇸

You know what August is really good at?

Showing you which plants were a great idea… and which ones may need to reconsider their career choice. 😂

Heat, rain, humidity, storms—by late summer, landscapes don’t hide much.

Take a look around your property this week. You might be surprised what you notice.

Rain or shine… and lately, a whole lot of rain 🌧️💪

Our crews have been grinding through wet mornings, muddy boots, schedule changes, and everything Mother Nature has thrown at them — and they keep showing up and getting it done.

We’re incredibly thankful for the guys behind Pezza Landscape. Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Great crews make a great company. Proud of this team. 👏

A little appreciation post for the guys. 👏

It’s been a HOT and BUSY season, and these guys just keep going.

Early mornings, long days, plenty of sweat — and somehow still enough energy to give each other a hard time. 😂

We’re lucky to have a crew that works this hard.

Great job, guys. Keep it rolling! 💪
