This picture still has to be one of my favorites I’ve taken from a “rooftop” this is the view at the top of the James A. Garfield memorial in Cleveland, Ohio. I was fortunate enough to be involved in the process of the restoration of this historical landmark a few years ago. There was scaffolding set up all around the huge building and I wasn’t going back down without this photo. Without scaffolding or a drone you won’t be able to recreate this photo and I think that’s makes me love it that much more.

New GAF - Roofing Timberline HDZ roof coming soon for this beautiful home in Strongsville.

These homeowners decided to go with Charcoal shingles for their roof replacement on the home.

This home will also be getting new CertainTeed Restoration Classic Dutchlap siding as well with the homeowner choosing Castle Stone for their siding color selection. Can’t wait to see finished product on this job!

Here’s a little back story on how I ended up working with this homeowner…

When I started working for NextGen Restoration in the spring of 2021 I knew very little about insurance restoration work. What I did know is the retail side of roofing and siding, being that my career started on the labor side of this industry I also came into the job with an abundance of product knowledge. By utilizing the knowledge I had I was able to land a 22k retail siding job my second week on the sales team. Job went great looks great homeowner was ecstatic.

Fast forward 2 years later, I get a call from a homeowner who stated he was referred to me from the homeowner who was my first sale here at NextGen. He stated the homeowner who was my first sale was a raving fan and swore up and down we were the only people to contact when it came to roofing, siding and gutters.When I arrived the homeowner showed me the side of his home where a tree had fallen and damaged a portion of his siding, gutters and roof. After a couple rounds with State Farm we were able to get this homeowner an approval for a new roof, gutters and siding based on the damages from the falling tree and the discontinued products on their home. Definitely felt good to get this win for the homeowner.

So, with all that being said please keep me in mind for your roofing, siding and gutter projects whether it be retail based or through an insurance claim I can and would be happy to help.

When choosing a contractor to help you restore your home it’s very important to choose the right one. A contractor who has experience handling claims like yours and has the industry knowledge to help you in an effiecent manner.
