Shep’s tip of the week

Check your filters every 30 days will help keep your AC coil from getting dirty like this unit.
A dirty coil will also affect the heating season as well. It can cause the furnace to build too much heat and cause it to stop working, due to the high limit switch.

If you’re buying a house, I urge you to spend the money on a Home Inspection and a sewer line inspection.
My newest client just bought an older home and his system clogged upon moving in.
Now he’s stuck with a very expensive repair that has multiple issues.

SMOKE ALARMS!
Please change your batteries today!
Also most smoke alarms are only good for 7-10 years.

Check your Alarms for the expiration date as well!

Doing this might, just might save your life.

All new construction and remodels require that ALL Smoke Alarms to go off at the same time. The louder they sound, the more likely it will awaken everyone to get out safely.
