ABOUT
I am a 5th generation Oregonian and grew up in a small town near Portland along the Columbia River. As a child, I was surrounded by nature - from mountains and forests to open prairie, wetlands, creeks and rivers - which nurtured a very early appreciation and love of the natural landscape, horticulture, architecture and art.
I received my Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree in 1999 from the University of Oregon School of Architecture and Allied Arts, at the age of 23.
With over 20 years of professional landscape design experience, my emphasis is in custom residential garden design, natural symmetry and vernacular architecture. I focus on fine landscape detailing, beautiful plant combinations and a clever, creative, highly functional approach to design. I aim to provide a beautiful, pleasant and intimate landscape experience for all of my clients.
