Good Morning folks! Once again we find ourselves in the middle of winter with the daunting task of snow removal! The burden of snow and ice built up on your home, garage, or sheds can be costly! A foot of snow on a 12x12 building can weigh up to 630 pounds, without the addition of ice! This build up can peel away your metal roofing, tear shingles, crack exhaust fans and vents, or collapse your roof entirely!

I haven't been very proactive on my Pierce Construction page, but I have been busy! I removed a ramp from a house in town, the house in fact where Norris Cotton was born! I then rebuilt the ramp onto the Warren Historical Society building to give the museum a handicap entrance. I repaired the threshold on the front door as well, and did some minor repairs to the vinyl siding.
I was also hired to begin one of many repairs/remodels at a camp here in Warren. The building was actually on Mt Moosehillaukee at one point in time, called the Prospect House.
It's been an honor to be asked to work on these buildings that hold such significant historical value to the town of Warren and the state of New Hampshire! Here's some pictures of what I've been up to...

Another job down at the Warren Historical Society! Put a little bit of fancy on it with the herring bone style wall. Tore the old door frame off and put all new door jambs on for the good cause. This addition was moved down the street and attached to the original building in 2016.....think someone forgot to use the level on the addition though, it's a bit crooked! Challenge accepted! I made it work and it didn't turn out half bad! Got a few more small projects to do at the museum for them as well, but always looking for more work! I can build you a whole house or maybe just a closet....or some custom shelving! Whatever your building needs may be Pierce Construction will get the job done above expectations!
