My husband and I have used Thompson Heating & Cooling for over 26 years. We got our first A/C unit from them. We have used them for maintenance on our systems.

From the first phone call to the answering service for our repair request, the answering service, the staff, were all amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and the callback was quick.

I called due to central air unit blowing warmer air. They were able to get someone out same day! Grateful for that. due to it being 90 degrees with 3 kids during the summer. It was a very pleasant experience from the first call to the end of the process. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They were able to fix the problem during the visit as well!

Hank and Dan were very prompt and on time and arrived at my house first thing in the morning ready to go. They placed drop cloths in their walking areas to the furnace to keep my carpets clean and dry. Tom helped us previously when our furnace went out. Now he just came to do our A/C maintenance, and did a quick check of our furnace due to some water issues that we had. He made sure everything was up to par before he left. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t recommend Thompson enough!
