A promontory is a natural bluff or headland that extends outward, creating a sense of elevation, perspective, and presence within the landscape. On this property, that concept guides the entire vision—drawing the eye from the patio out into the open meadow beyond.

We’re bringing that vision to life by shaping the land to feel intentional and immersive, while also creating privacy where it matters most. A 30-foot arborvitae will be carefully transplanted near the barn, with an additional ten installed and landscaped to form a natural screen—softening views and establishing a defined barrier from neighboring homes.

The result is a landscape that feels expansive yet grounded, open yet protected—where every element works together to frame the experience.

Thank you Chris Boisvert for coming to help me tonight as I got stuck trying to open a driveway for a neighbor. He was 25 minutes away and I think he arrived 27 minutes later. They don't make them like Chris anymore, pure gold.
