Metro Detroit Tree And Firewood

🎨 We recently got our Manitou custom painted and couldn't resist adding a special touch that makes it a little more magical.

Introducing "The Claw"

Only a couple of months after we received our Manitou, we quickly developed the nickname, "The Claw". Referencing to the clip in Toy Story when Buzz asks the iconic little green aliens who's their leader, and in unison...

"The Claw"

While the Manitou isn't the leader of our crew, it is a master at removing trees and has earned the reputation as The Claw.

So it only felt right to put a little green alien on the side of the boom 💚👽

🇺🇸 Happy (Belated) 4th of July from all of us at Metro Detroit Tree & Firewood!! ❤️🤍💙

While many were enjoying the fireworks and spending time with family, our crews were doing what we do the best- helping clean up after the severe storm that came through the area the day before. (Friday 07/03)

From trees blocking roadways and sidewalks to fallen trees on homes and dangerous broken branches, our team worked around the clock to help homeowners and neighborhoods feel safe again.

We hope everyone enjoyed the holiday and had a fun and safe weekend! 😊

🌳 Looking to enhance your landscaping? Get a tree planted!

Not only do trees add beauty and increase property value, they also bring many benefits! Without trees, our side walks, parking lots, and streets would become sterile looking. Trees can provide us with:

➡️Natural character to urban settings, leading to calming effects
➡️Bring natural screening/privacy
➡️Lower air temperature by providing natural shade
➡️Reduce noise by blocking/absorbing sounds in urban environments

Not to mention the multitude of other benefits that trees bring to our environment, such as reducing air pollution, lowering water runoff, and providing habitat and food for many birds and animals.

🌿 If you're interested in receiving these benefits, contact us today to learn more about getting trees planted at your home or property!

Pictured here is a small storm damage job we did back in May, a limb broke off of a tree and struck a car. Luckily, there was minimal damage done to the car and we were able to quickly and safely remove the broken branch and leave the area looking like it never happened!
