Job description: Temporary-Permanent
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented crew man that will report and work with the foreman on construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency in construction management . Join us to drive excellence in construction and deliver outstanding project outcomes through proactive supervision and strategic planning.
Duties
Skills & Knowledge:
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of formwork materials (plywood, lumber, aluminum, steel), including panel systems.
Experience: Generally, 3-5 years of construction experience is required, often gained through apprenticeships or labor roles.
Certification (Perferred, but Optional): ACI Concrete Technician or specialized carpentry certifications.

Another big project is officially in the books! There were long days, hard work, challenges, and plenty of determination, but we got it DONE. I’m thankful for the opportunity, proud of the work we put in, and grateful for everyone who helped make it happen.

We are looking to hire five more skilled Asphalt employees. So if you have 2 years or more in Asphalt experience we would like to hear from you. These are traveling positions that will travel throughout middle GA. Lastly there will be an aptitude test upon hiring, the starting pay is between $20.00-$25.00 with a max out pay of $30.00 hour after a year of service.
